Jeff Smith
Jeff Smith is passionate about growing leaders and helping people maximize their best talents. This passion was why Jeff started Voltage Leadership Consulting, and that is why he has influenced countless leaders.
Jeff has served as an executive coach since 2001. He draws from over 20 years worth of experience working as an executive in human resources and operations roles for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He uses a collaborative approach with his clients to help them determine their vision and then identify a plan to help them achieve their vision for their professional and personal lives. His areas of expertise in HR include: organizational development, organizational change, succession planning, executive coaching, team-building, leadership development, and recruiting.
Jeff is devoted to his wife Beth and their 4 children. In his spare time, Jeff follows JMU Sports, the Atlanta Braves, and trains for and runs in marathons.

Diane Nguyen
Diane Nguyen is a strategic project professional who manages and coordinates Voltage’s myriad of Leadership Programs and Marketing initiatives. Born in Roanoke and a graduate of Roanoke College, she carries out Voltage’s mission with a cheerful disposition! She earned a B.A. in Psychology with concentrations in Anthropology and Health Care Delivery. Since earning her undergraduate degree, she has explored ways to exercise her passion for her community by becoming involved in several different organizations. She coaches a local Varsity Swim Team, volunteers with the Junior League of Roanoke, and Chairs the Leadership Branch of the Experience (YP) organization.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and being outside!

Jennifer Owen-O’Quill
Jennifer Owen-O’Quill is an executive coach, facilitator, organizational consultant, and leader. She has spoken at national and regional events from California to Chicago. With over 20 years of experience, she has coached leaders and their teams to execute institutional culture change through effective organizational management and leadership development. Leveraging change and conflict to deliver creative, constructive results is both a passion and talent of Jennifer’s.
Jennifer's leadership roles range from Fortune 500 companies, to the local food pantry, to organizations like Chicago’s 44th Ward. Jennifer has led both start-up and established companies and organizations in Chicago and Los Angeles; locally, she has provided coaching, training and facilitation for Carilion Clinic, Goodwill Industries, Global Metal Finishing, Crowning Touch Senior Moving Services, CMR Institute, Corvesta Inc, and Interactive Achievement.
In every case Jennifer’s passion for leaders shines through. She loves coaching leaders to thrive, and understands intimately the connection between a thriving leader and a thriving organization. Her goal is to ground leaders deeply in their core vision and values, so that they can lead with ever greater clarity, integrity, and authenticity.
Outside her work in leadership development, Jennifer has been a semi-professional ballet dancer, loves hiking, sailing and solving puzzles, and is active in ministry. Jennifer and her husband David live in Roanoke, VA with their son Daniel.

Lee Hubert
Lee Hubert is a leadership trainer, coach, speaker and founder of Managers Success LLC. Lee is author of Behind the Manager’s Closed Door-Lessons in Managerial Leadership. He draws from 25 years’ experience in human resources and leadership roles in non-profit, laboratory, healthcare, technology, financial, and energy sectors at Fortune 500 companies.
Lee holds a Master's of Business Administration degree in HR Management and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR/SCP).
A native of Syracuse New York, he relocated to Southwest Virginia from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and currently resides at Smith Mountain Lake, VA with his wife Jane. His personal interests include playing blues guitar, golf, and exercise.

Marissa Keegan
Throughout her entire career, Marissa has interviewed hundreds of leaders from the top workplaces all over the country. She has applied insights, guidance, and advice from these interviews to help other organizations become nationally recognized for their high levels of customer and employee engagement. To say that she is passionate about helping leaders achieve their engagement goals is an understatement.
Marissa consults with organizations interested in developing a strong culture. Through coaching and leadership development, Marissa delivers executive coaching and team based training to existing and rising leaders. Marissa also delivers keynote presentations on topics related to Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development.
